Behind a moment of intimacy, desire slowly curdles into something darker, exposing power, fragility and the filth hidden beneath elegance.
A young, handsome man longs for something beyond the boundaries of his family's business empire. Drawn by curiosity and seduced by a rare invitation, he steps into a world where beauty, privilege and desire seem to promise transformation. But beneath the surface, attraction shifts into danger, and what first feels intoxicating gradually reveals itself as a trap.
Filthy was produced as ITACA Pictures' first project to demonstrate what could be achieved independently and ambitiously through the company's own resources. The decision to begin with a visually ambitious work was deliberate: a project built to speak through atmosphere, image and tension rather than explanation, proving the company's ability to create strong cinematic language from the outset.

Opulence drives the film's visual identity: polished surfaces, controlled beauty, desire, wealth and silence become the frame through which discomfort emerges.
